Entrusted by a well-known mobile phone brand, we conducted field investigation and spotted a factory suspected of producing counterfeit phone accessories bearing client's registered trademarks in Shenzhen City.

After rounds of investigations, we confirmed that infringement existed, and the case value was estimated to reach the standard of a criminal case. Therefore, upon receiving client's authorization, we filed a complaint to Futian Branch of Shenzhen Public Security Bureau and requested a raid action.

During the raid action, a large number of counterfeit mobile phone accessories were found and seized, and 3 suspects were detained by the police. The case value was over RMB 500,000.

In the Criminal Verdict, the suspects were sentenced to imprisonment of 1~3 years and imposed corresponding fines respectively.
