A factory was spotted producing suspected fake cosmetics of the client, a popular cosmetics brand.

Considering the target’s huge infringing scale, we filed a complaint to the PSB and coordinated a criminal raid action to it. During the raid, there were totally 2,020 units of infringing cosmetics and 3 production machines seized by the PSB. Three infringers were detained and eventually sentenced to imprisonment of 10 months ~ 3 years respectively.

On behalf of the client, we filed a civil litigation against the two main suspects and the court favored us on a corresponding compensation.
