4. Administrative Raid Action

For infringing target with relatively small infringing scale or copycats (not 100% imitation of the client’s products), we will file complaint to local Administration for Market Regulation (AMR) and arrange an administrative raid action and follow up the AMR’s Penalty Decision to the infringer.

5. Criminal Raid Action

For infringing target with large infringing scale and meet the standard of a criminal case, we will file complaint to the Public Security Bureau (PSB) and arrange a criminal raid action. Afterwards, we will follow up the case with the procuratorate and the court until the court issues a Criminal Verdict.

6. Civil Litigation

We also act for client in civil litigation so as to deter the infringer and claim compensation. Our services include but not limited to:

-Collect infringing evidence;

-Identify the infringer's illegal gains and property clues;

-Prepare lawsuit materials and file a civil litigation to the court;
